I've lost count of how many times Superman has proven that he is clearly Batman's superior. Only time Bats has ever beaten him is in non-canon crap like DKR. Any other time he barely escapes with his life. Superman is the one that's "on another level". Like a dozen or more levels above him to be precise. LOL.
Even with lots of prep, the only way Batman has a chance in Hell of beating Clark is by exploiting one of his primary weaknesses (i,e, kryptonite, magic, red sun rays). Without any of those his ass is the one that's "toast". But, hey... keep lying to yourself if it makes you feel better.
