you got a point there, Slade can tank small arms fire though so unless Buck is pulling out the .50 cal right away then I could see Slade getting in close for some h2h, and besides the mech arm Bucky doesn't have enhanced strength in CA : TWS
They were trying to make him a super soldier like Cap. Why do you think he is still in his 20's when he fought in WW2?

Even without that clear evidence, if Captain America, a guy who's job is beating people up with ease mentions how fast and strong he is like it's a big deal, he's clearly enhanced to some point.

He is now saying that he simply forgot about that scene, Isn't it convenient how the one scene he forgot is also the scene that so clearly proves his claim wrong?
for one he put his fist through a guy, he tossed Ivos men around like nothing and he broke a assault rifle with his bare hands.
as far as durability, he tanked hits from a mirakuru enhanced roy and although it never happened directly to him, his Mirakuru soldiers who, at best, are as strong as him if not weaker were able to tank bullets and getting hit by cars at killing speeds
