Yes he does. So WS needs to use a grenade launcher to take out Deathstroke whereas DS just needs to shoot him with a normal hand gun.

So...

A point in the grenades favor is that they have a larger area of effect, plus the one WS used against Fury appeared to be magnetic and DS carries a lot of metal.

Seem like you guys are ignoring the fact that everything on DS's arsenal is capable of killing WS. Whereas we're not even sure just how much damage WS's grenade launcher will have on DS. The guy survived an exploding ship after all... and that was without his armor and before he mastered his mirakuru.

Cool, we don't know how much damage he actually took from that and how long it took to heal.

Aside from that, I'd give them equal odds of beating the other. DS does have a penchant for allowing his opponent to attack first though.

The difference is that a grenade to the face *might* kill DS whereas a bullet to the head will surely kill WS.

First, you'd have to prove it wouldn't kill him, which you can't.

Second, they'd both lose according to what we consider a win.
