Yes, it's terrible when people lie about it, and you should definitely be charged with slander and a waste of police resources.

They are really hurting other rape victims too though because no one will believe them when report that they've been assaulted. (Which happens most of the time)

also, in the cases where men are freed after serving time for a rape they didn't commit, the woman who lied about it needs to support him financially and serve all the prison time he did... i don't care if she dies in prison.

I'm not saying they shouldn't be punished. I'm saying it's not as bad as being raped, and I'm sorry, but you'll never convince me that it is.

Women who are actually raped and report it are already treated like pariahs though. ...That's why there is very little reason for a woman to report it unless it is actually true.

We don't disagree on that point. I actually think rape isn't prosecuted strongly enough.

All I'm saying is that a misdemeanor isn't good enough for lying about something as serious as rape.

women who lie about rape aren't always called to testify in court tho. Sometimes the guy goes to prison based on the accusation and circumstantial evidence alone.

There are also the times women claim to "remember incorrectly" and face no charges.

Even if they get the maximum sentence for purgery, it's not enough, imo.

Nobody should ever make false accusations, regardless of what they accusation actually is.

The fact remains being a victim of this sort of crime is surely more horrific and awful than being accused of it. Though why the comparison needs to be made at all is sad.

Temptation does shit to people, I asked her multiple times if she was okay with it, and she said "I don't mind".

She accused me to save her own skin, she was in hysterics, afraid that he would dump her, when I was there, I tried to hug her and tell her everything was alright. Did I mention we played video games and cuddled AFTER it happened, and that I was there for another hour and thirty minutes?

I did feel awful and started crying. She said he bf wasn't mad, and when I got home, I knew why, she lied to him. Either that or he's lying to himself, but I doubt it, because she blocked me on social media after me and him talked.

What I told him was simple: "I'm not saying she wasn't against it, or implying that she wanted it, but she made no effort whatsoever to stop me, not even a nudge, she layed back, and LET me play with her breasts .-.".
