Have you ever been falsely accused of raping someone?

It depends how the rape was done. LEts he invites you over. Then gets you drunk and then does nasty nasty things to you. Not as bad as being treated like a criminal for the rest of your sorry life.

But then some slight shame from what others wrongly think of you, that's nothing to being in a hostile situation with weapons and maybe other gang members or if it was a home invasion and you are in terror and in fear of your life.

But u said if the person. Is drunk the rape is not that bad. That sounds pretty horrible to me

When you are Drunk, your judgement is impaired. Let me be clear, just because you regret it, does NOT mean it is rape, or even molestation.

p sure in the u.s. there are actual laws that state that being drunk automatically means you cannot give informed consent therefore it's considered rape by law
you're drunk. your judgement is impaired meaning you can't make informed decisions with the clear mind and judgement you normally would be able to.
