Who gives a shit about posters. Trailers definitely let you know Iron Man is in this.

Well even the posters are featuring IM now:

Still I think TS/IM has been marketed as a supporting role, and don't sense the kind me of hype for this as say Avengers, or even Civil War.

Howmany reboot does it take ? is this this the last one?

^ Nah AOU is the 2nd highest grossing MCU film after Avengers1.

Oh you mean domestic. I was going by the domestic + international = total box office

No even total worldwide figures:

AOU: $1.4bill

IM3: $1.2bill

http://www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=ironman3.htm

Civil War: $1.15bill

http://www.boxofficemojo.com/movies/?id=marvel2016.htm

^ Just noticed as well that Civil War was given the budget of an Avengers film, way above the budget of a solo Cap film, or a solo Iron Man film, so people should bear that in mind before claiming Civil War was just completely a Cap film and nothing more.

Spider-Man: Homecoming 2.8 Billion. I was spot on with all my predictions so far, even Wonder Woman.

You'd be wise to listen to me, Darth.

"Don't mess with me".

You do realize Keaton was talking to you, Golgo?

Never again post in any DC thread or I'm sms'ing Keaton. AoE priests are a wonderful thing, having successfully converted him to our side.

😂

Hey I'm the one who was saying 100+ for WW, even when the projections were coming in really low.

Your SM prediction ain't happening. Not even close. $1bill would be a major win for Sony. 1.2 Bill+ would pretty much guarantee the Sony/Marvel deal permanently.

Don't say I didn't warn you. 😉

Don't use it against this film either if it "only" grossed a Billion, and then praise Justice League for grossing the same lol

How much did this deal wind up costing Marvel and how much of the cut will Sony get from this movie?

^ Cost Marvel nothing. Sony gets all the profits from Homecoming. But obviously pays Kevin Feige & Co their standard salary for their time.

So this might be the one film that keeps Sony' Pictures Afloat?

FOR GOD'S SAKE NO ONE GO SEE THIS MOVIE!!!!!!! FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THiA IS HOLY AND DECENT!
AVOID!
AVOID!
AAAVVVVVVOOIIIIIIIDDDDDD!!!!!!!

^ Pointless. Spider-Man movies will always make money. Even the worst ones. But this film underperforming will just encourage them to stop sharing Spidey with Marvel.

Exactly.

AVOID THIS MOVIE PEOPLE!!!

IF YOU LOVE SPIDEY!!!!!!!

AAAAAAAAVVVVVVVVOOOOOOOOOOOIIIIIIIIDDDDDDDDDDDD!!!!!!!

?????

This might surpass Titanic in amount of ticket sales.

^ Stop being ridiculous Zack!!!

I said "Might". 😛
