No, I'm being perfectly accurate.

Luthor could hold his own against Amazons while training.

Joker has a 70 year history of periodically fighting Batman as a competitive peer since Batman #1. That's the character.

Clown at Midnight manifestation being a clearly Batman-class combatant. And thus far beyond Cyclops.

If he'd truly held his own, I imagine their opinion of him wouldn't have been so low. Not to mention "trained by Amazons" only gets you so much cred. Luthor's best H2H feats in the last few decades are what, fighting an inconsistently written Superman?

Cyclops's h2h feats aren't even that great, and are yet still superior to Lex's.

No, it really doesn't, though I don't recall saying Cyclops could beat Joker recently.
