He is initially weakened by red sun light. As soon as he gets a little sunlight, he makes henshaw his *****, overpowering him completely.

Henshaw is just a watered down Superman physically.

In Martian Manhunter v2 9 Orion while bloodlusted cheapshots Superman with Astro force, Superman punches him and that's it for the whole fight.

In Superman confidential Orion took out a young and weaker Superman with surprise via Astro force. Superman took out Orion immediately with one punch.

The only fight worth mentioning is DOTNG 2 where Orion was bloodlusted and Superman was holding back.

So yeah, they are all useless in gauging Orion compared to Superman.

Also in Superman man of tomorrow 13, J'onn explicitly States that a team consisting of Orion, wonder woman, J'onn, Barda, Supergirl, Kyle and Flash can't beat Superman.

To be fair he was slightly amped but League didn't know about that. For them it was regular superman they were fighting against.
