Anyone retro game?
Videophiles always talk about keeping artificial enhancements off.. Edge enhancememt, dynamic contrast, ect.
Me, I can take or leave it, but can see why someone might want it on. It's the same deal as stretching vs not stretching.
To each his own, but its funny how anybody who speaks up about anything at all tends to be a "purist".
Yeah. But I guess the argument is that not everybody played it last generation because it was only on one console. So a lot of peeps moved from 360 to PS4 so having the ability to play a fantastic game is a good thing.
I played it on the PS3, traded it in and then got the inkling to play it again so I bought it on the PS4. Yep, I'm a sucker.
Anywhoo, still playing XCOM 2....which is a ****ing amazing game.
I bought the DMC HD collection, when I already own the things on ps2, so I'm as much a sucker as anyone.
Would pay good for a Viewtiful Joe remaster.
Speaking of which, I've been playing that today, on my 'Cube. It's one of those games that looks like garbage on an hdtv, unfortunately (As opposed to Wind Waker and Metroid Prime, which looks fine.)

lol @ Last of us remastered. No disrespect to anyone who buys it. I just find it funny how the " money for old rope" tactic went from remasters of games from 10- 20 years ago, to "that game you bought last year".
There is a few people who I know you didn't like it all. It;s because the game relies on the person playing it in a certain manner.
For instance, when I played, I sneaked around and was terrified. My friend on the other hand, he just ran right through the areas and the game didn't punish him. I tried it myself and I could easily do it. Once he realized that's the case, it ruined the immersion which the game heavily revolves around.
