Would you say it's good or it's too early?
So far it's great if you don't mind the fact that it is largely a walking simulator. The core gameplay loop so far is delivering packages, but the atmosphere, world building, and so far writing are very unique and on point. I understand why people wouldn't like it, but so far I'm having a good time.

I find it pretty immature to criticize a game simply because it doesn't fit with your tastes.

The same way Overwatch doesn't stop being a masterpiece just because it doesn't offer the quality SP content of say, Bioshock, or any at all atm.

Overwatch unironically blows cocks though. I phucking hate that game.

How do you feel about Team Fortress 2?

I loved TF2. I thought it was close to a perfect blend of team tactics and individual skill. It's great on how they made each class uniquely different in the case that it brought many people to the game with something they can enjoy.

But then again, I played TFC like crazy when I finally got a copy of Half-LIfe.

But....once they brought in free to play and the item system, Valve ruined the game.

Me too. They'd have to **** it up a *lot* for me to like it less than Knight tbh.

Hey, I like Knight... well, bar the cobra tank bits.

I replayed about 6 months ago and I actually liked those moments. It's not as bad as I remember.

I particularly liked the tank boss fight.

Honestly don't have a huge opinion of it tbh. Not played it much.

My point was mainly about the SP content. Fair play criticising an aspect of a game you care about, because they put SP content into the game.

It's not like I'm tearing the entire thing down (Although I wish the group battle events with the bosses weren't so hard to get into. They're always over with by time I'm able to play.)

Ah yeah, that's fair enough. The SP content was little more than a glorified tutorial that doesn't teach you anything, really lol.

Nice. It's in line with what little I saw from gameplays or so. I'll definitely get it some day when it's on sale.

What?! Why?

And I do, too... I just didn't enjoy it as much as the other 3 games.

It was also my first ps4 game, so me finding it anything less than stellar means something, I guess.

Trying to give Lost Odyssey a fair chance, but man does it start off slow. Reminds me of Final Fantasy 8 on that front.

Starting to pick up now that I reached the first quest. So far, it's sort of a "who do you find more annoying" cast. Very average looking too, not like Idol quality Final Fantasy characters.

Which might actually he a positive thing. It's different, and pretty nice seeing "normal" people for a change, instead of something you'd see on The CW.

I will say the dream sequence "unlocked memories" text stories of your immortal protagonists thousand years of life you pick up are excellent, and by themselves make this worth experiencing.

Fallout: New Vegas.... again lol. This is like my 7th or 8th playthru of the game.

Finished playing Heretic including the extra episodes. Now onto Hexen, Decided to go with the Mage..i've never used him before mainly gone with the Fighter in previous playthrough's..

Doom Eternal.

Still not playing this abomination. Seen enough plays and rants to know I saved my money on an awful experience.

The cloudburst one is the only one I think is absolutely necessary, and I don't mind playing it. I actually don't mind the batmobile combat in general. I like the "you vs a bunch of tanks" segments. But fighting Deathstroke in a tank? No thanks.

Fair enough. For me it has some things it does better, and some things it does worse than the others (and that includes Origins).

Going through Hollow Knight's Godmaster pantheons. The first two were simple enough, but the pantheon of the sage is a b*tch. Not because of Grimm or the Grey Prince, mind you; they're manageable. It's f*cking Uumuu, of all things, that's keeping me from completing it. This stupid jellyfish might be worse than the Radiance.

The trick seems to be to conserve enough soul during the Grey Prince fight to detonate the jellies at range.

I've done it. Got a time of 11:25. Sweaty palms.

The last patch? I'm nowhere near that yet.

I won't lie, the blind ghost gave me problems, so I'll probably struggle if I get there.

Had to update my copy of Hexen just so it works better with GZdoom, ****en hell...took a while to sort it out.

No eyes? Yeah, he's in the pantheon of the knight. He's a bit of a pain, but since he's not aggressive, his round is a really good opportunity to heal up after bumrushing Lost Kin.
