Staring Far Cry 5 again....only played about 25ish hours.

It's actually a pretty fun game. The gunplay is quite fun.

Restarted Mass Effect 3.

Had to go offline because of the infamous "Account is invalid" message. It lets me play, but since I'm playing on an Xbox 360, this means I won't be able to reactivate the dlc I paid so much money for if I trade consoles.

Granted, I'd probably end up buying a console with the new version with all dlc included, but its the principle.

I'd have to reinstall Battlenet to find out which I'll probably never do.

And my choice? Not sure if there is a balanced hero shooter, but I never forgave them for cutting Roadhog's legs off at the ankle to cater to low level players when the dude was overall like the eighth most-played hero at the time with an okay win rate, while leaving the most consistently dominant hero in the game since release, Reinhardt, completely untouched just because the braying masses don't whine about him because he doesn't usually kill them.

Yeah, they suck inbred donkey dick at balancing.

My girls Mei, Pharah, D.Va and Moira are pretty much useless now because they couldn't effectively counterbalance GOAT, those retards.

Speaking of balancing...

UI Goku is horribly broken. Debating whether I should join the bandwagon and buy it on sale, or snub it BECAUSE its horribly broken and learn to play without it.

Leaning towards option B. Why reward poor game design, especially if intentionally?

I did not buy UI Goku.

Because **** tiers, owning online doesn't mean a thing to high level play anyways.

Last of Us 2. Still like the parts I liked, still dislike the parts I disliked.

Agreed. Don't know about you, but I was not too fond of the Abby arc. With that said, I want to try replaying the game on the hardest level. Heaven help me LOL.

I think she's just not a very well put-together character, and I find it hard to care while playing her sections of the game.

Death Stranding and also Heretic 2

Been enjoying Death Stranding, I know there's plenty of people that have given it a go and it wasn't their thing.

I still can't get over the fact that they gave her the best(and only!?) set pieces in the game.

A lot of the mechanics/writing in the game is engineered to make you enjoy the Abby sections more than the Ellie ones. It's really sinister, in a way.

How is that sinister?

I get not like Abby sections...but I do not understand how mechanics were engineered to make you enjoy Abby sections more.

Both sections play roughly the same way...and I think it's a bit silly to think the developers intentionally made the game better because they want you to like her more...

Are they supposed to make the gameplay shit?

It almost seems like Druckmann himself favored Abby then Ellie.

Just finished Jedi: Fallen Order, a fun game, reminds me of early Tomb Raider games, but a very short one with limited replay value.

Starfighter Assault.

Who needs Squadrons.

I should delete Ark Survival Evolved, I haven't played it once and it updates practico every week.

That's one down to PC gaming, take a few weeks off and pay with 100 gigs in updates later.

I can use a different word if you want? Sneaky? Snide?

That's not what I said though. I was agreeing with Adam in that Abby gets the better set pieces, and the better "events" in the game. I don't want anything to be worse. I would have liked Ellie's sections to be more memorable for me, though.

I got that feeling too.

I get that they were trying to let her have this big redemption arc too. It just didn't work for me.

At least they added NG+ and there are mods on PC. But yeah, I can't see myself playing it more than maybe once more.

I'm not sure I would agree about Ellie's sections being less than Abby's...but you can't really argue about that, it's more of a preference than any sort of fact.

Starfighter Assault feels more like a movie throwdown.
