I never bothered with companions in Fallout. They were too annoying to look after.
And it's not like you need the help. I'm only level 7 and I have more weapons then I know what to do with, plus all the stimpacks and chems and I and can take on an army if need be.
The caps I spent repairing a chinese machinegun and the flaming lawnmower blade were a tremendous waste of caps, but that's how confident I am that I can just loot whatever I really need.
And it was such a pain finding motorcycle bars I didn't want to wait to self repair the awesome melee weapon.
Resident Evil 4 on Switch. Ik people say the Wii version is the best, but this game is actually really fun, I've always been into the RE lore and characters but never actually beaten one of the games.
It had some frustrating parts for sure but I think that's due to the "dynamic difficulty" (my accuracy is higher.)
I don't think I'd be super into RE7 or RE8 however, but I did watch both playthroughs on FazeJev's channel.
Next is RE0, then maybe the classic 1-3's.
Was answering the Declaration of Independence questions in The National Archives of Fallout 3, answered only three of them, accidentally hit a wrong question by mistake, reloaded a save file, and noticed the first three answers were already highlighted on the ones I answered. I answered them differently and reloaded the same save, and they were highlighted on those new answers.
So something is getting remembered on manual saves. This is creepy Undertale stuff.

RE0 is possibly the most underrated RE title. Granted, it was well received, but few people ever talk about it
It's a somewhat unique entry. It started the whole dual protagonists idea found in 5/6 but retains the classic RE style like 1/2/3.
Met Sydney at the national archives for the Stealing Independence quest in Fallout 3, recruited her as a companion for the quest, and decided to leave just to see if she'd follow me around outside the quest. Yep, she does.
I could sucker her into doing all my dirty work and just never complete the quest I bet. 🙂
Killed that Verdugo that was supposed to be Salazar's "right-hand" man. Liberating as hell that they actually let you do that, as it's first played out as "there's nothing you can do against this enemy."
To be honest, beating the bosses in this game gives me the same rush as when I fought bosses in Dark Souls and in Dragon's Dogma.
SO fun.

I've never once heard anyone say this about any game.
The most common praise I've heard is that "aiming in the game feels so much more natural with the Wiimote."
I can't lie, the control can be wonky at times, doesn't detract from the fun factor of course, though I think super accurate shooting would be a godsend in a game like this, but dynamic difficulty would start to ruin your day I'd imagine.

So it's worth checking out?looking at most of the reviews for it, They're all sitting around a 6/10.
It’s getting a little repetitive, and the sound design is very bare bones. But it’s a fun and unique game, the combat is really addictive, it’s like a mix of Devil May Cry and Kingdom of Amalur, with a touch of Max Payne.
