The combat was good but I think you nailed the teaching part.....nothing made sense....I had to google how to start the ****ing campaign!

It was also confusing that I was replaying the first game intro sequence....

I really enjoy Division and the sequel...but I know people had issues with it. I just think its probably the best implentation of a loot shooter, coop experience and campaign. I also think the world design is incredible....the city they create feels real to me.

Bastion. Forgot how crazy it gets.

Debating where to do a second replay of Mass Effect.

Keeping in mind I'm doing the 360 originals here, I'm not sure if I want to start from the first game, or just skip right to 2.

I mean, the Rex alone is really the only thing I'd miss from 1. But I'd have to do the driving thing again..

Next time I play the series...I'm skipping the first game. It's too rough for me now....the gameplay is bland, inventory management is pain in the ass and I have no interest of doing the side content.

Gex: Enter the Gecko.

Camera is trash, but that was the case for a lot of PSone platformers back in the day.

The game itself is very fun, and the old-school references make me laugh.

Nuclear Throne!

Bestest rogue like ever.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps on the Switch. Couldn't get into Blind Forest due to the unengaging combat, so I skipped it, and am having a blast with the sequel. Platforming feels very smooth. Maybe I'll give BF another chance once I'm finished with WotW, but I suspect I'll miss the new mechanics even more now.

Speaking of games titled "D2", has anyone tried the Diablo 2 remake? Is it any good? I've been seriously considering picking it up.

"Who Knows Where" is pretty darned easy once you upgrade the carbine and hammer. And get the leech drink.

The biggest challenges by far are most of the proving grounds. Partly because control issues, partly because the isometric view makes it hard to judge distances, and partly because some of them are insanely hard to pull off unless you completely upgrade an item (And who wants to wait until end game for something unlocked near the start?)

Nope, Rather play the original D2 as there is nothing wrong with it.

Gex was the only time a game made me nauseous. Granted, I had just eaten lunch, but that's never bothered me with other games. I was climbing a wall or something and the camera lost its damn mind.

Torchlight superior, Diablo inferior.

Maybe for Diablo 1.

Yakuza: Like a Dragon. I think I'm nearing the end. Great game.

Armored Core 3.

Def Jam: Fight for NY.

Finished Sekiro a few days ago. Had it on the backburner and figured I'd go through it for Elden Ring.

...I didn't really like it. I beat it, but I don't think I'd play a Sekiro sequel tbh. The gameplay just isn't my cup o' tea. The game is extremely well-crafted, and I get why some folks like it though.

I do think the Senpou Temple segment was ****ing awesome though.

Finished playing some of the Duke Nukem 3D expansions the ones i could find on digital stores anyway

Most of them were garbage except for Duke Caribbean: Life's A Beach & Duke It Out In D.C.

Elden Ring has taken over my life.
