Not sure if I'm just burnt out on Doom, but playing Brutal Doom with Doom 2 maps is, ah, brutal.

Doesn't take long before you get to a room where putting your back to the wall anc shooting blind and hoping your ammo holds out, throwing every grenade you have, and luck are the only real options. And then worrying later where you'll get the ammo for the next map.

Megaman X4.

Not too impressed by Megaman 11 so far. Wish they went with a new X game.

Mortal Kombat X

Only good thing about it, is it makes me want to go back and play 9.

Don't forget the MKX prequel comics which has actual good writing, unlike the game story...

Getting into the advanced side of DMC 3/4's combat.

Finished Witcher 3 Heart of Stone and now playing Blood and Wine.

Hearts of Stones is a fan-****ing-tastic DLC. The main quest is very, very impressive and I cannot believe how unique the situations you are put into. In fact, it's far better than the main quest of the main game.....

I also enjoyed the story and the small little area it inhibits.

Virtua Fighter 4 Evo's quest mode.

They really broke the mold with the AI opponents. No fighter since has come close.

Anyone here even tried Monster Hunter World?

I was expecting to be turned off but the damned game had me hooked bad (I have since gotten all the stuff I wanted from the game and developed my skill enough that the challenge is mostly gone, so I have quitely retired myself to get my sleeping patterns fixed, 2-4 hrs a day of sleep is not good).

Don't go in hoping for a good plot because it's honestly ass. At least the gameplay compensates for it.

I played it a few weeks ago and I'd agree with that. The gameplay has been improved and is still excellent but the story is far weaker than the firsts was. They should have played more heavily on the ptsd angle.

I'm waiting on a controller so I can play Automata. The dodge seems like it'd be really annoying to do on keyboard. Until then I might work on polishing off Pillars of Eternity before Deadfire gets released in a few months.

When your choice is a last gen console or a non gaming laptop with an intel card, you take what you can get. 🙂

I figure a key from g2a for Doom 2016 is too risky, since I can barely get 30-40 fps on the demo (And F.E.A.R. actually performs WORSE on my i5 quad and intel hd 620 then it did on a core 2 duo, gma 4500. No idea how that's possible..)

Blood & Wine is as big as some games unto itself. Its phenomenal.
