Ugh, I feel like a lot of fighting games lean on the slow side lately.

Duke Forces.

It's as good as it sounds.

Been hearing that about Mortal Kombat 11 from Maximillian_Doods Stream, It's a slower paced game

some people will like it and some won't.

Jedi Academy.

Why does everyone rave about the saber battles? They're tedium personified, all you do is mash the swing button and race around the screen hoping to land a hit.

I can see why you'd think that, but timing is very important, and so is knowing when to attack so you can block effectively as there's no block button.

You can add one, but it might make the game even harder for you.

Combat system in Jedi Academy is flawed in comparison to its predecessor, Jedi Outcast.

But you still likely have no real experience with the game other than fighting bots or completing single player on the "Padawan" difficulty setting, right? 😛

I'll finish it someday. This two on one Dark Jedi fight is turning me off, because it takes forever to dispatch even one of them, and they keep spamming force drain.

I don't have Outcast, but a Duke Nukem mod rips off lightsaber combat from it.

Along with sound effects and sprites from Dark Forces, and even adds those rolling shield bots and Palpatine at the Stadium level, it's pretty awesome.

I think it's for the best. It doesn't really feel "slow". But it makes it easier to do decent combos and follow what is going on on screen.

Well it is "Slower" compared to the previous MK entry.

If you think that's hard, try doing half the shit you gotta do to enter a clan, lol.

Gunstar Heroes.

Dragon Quest 1.

Dragon Ball Legends...just got Android 21.

Holy crap, Capcom went and put their rubber stamp on it.

Hunt😖howdown

Angry Birds Star Wars and the sequel.

Thank you library saves of pulled apps.

Dragon Age Origins.

First time. Been sitting on my 360 hard drive forever.

Started as an elf mage, got bored, and gonna restart as a dwarf rogue.

Oh nice. That game’s a classic and has some amazing aspects. Though last time I played it a few years ago it definitely was showing its age.

I'm already starting to see the appeal. They wrote some really immersive dialogue back in the day, didn't they.

Caught a sale on some older games. F.E.A.R 1, Duke Nukem Forever, GTA V, and Assassins Creed II.

Got sick of trying to play F.E.A.R. on decent systems that inexplicably underperform on this ancient game, thought "Hell with it, get it for Xbox", and walked into a sale at a local Gamexchange that knocked all four games down by about 10-15 dollars.
