Oh, you know, that super-speed that allowed him to hold his breath and travel to safety when Frieza blew up the Earth in Super. 👆

We know why you don't want it to be canon? Because you love DBZ so much. Anyways, amazing showing for Vegeta dad. Get over it.
Careful; your bias is showing. Whether or not I want it to be canon, or whether or not I love DBZ doesn't matter, only the facts do. You don't seem to understand the difference between facts and feelings, though, so I guess understanding that must be hard for you. 🙁

No one in here said anything about it being canon, we said the opposite but you had to come in and repeat what was already said because we know why.
Lol...are you really comparing Frieza output hurting the Z fighters to what is shown in the scene I presented. You have got to be better than this. It's like me posting a scene of Galactus getting koed by a blast that didn't even lift the dirt off the ground and saying Vegeta could kill him with a nuke like attack. Don't do it, just don't.

The possibility of anime filler being canon to Super anime was brought up in this forum.
Nobody was trying to use it as a canon evidence now, though. So screaming "non-canon, non-canon!" is ridiculous, it's not a versus thread where Supes gets his butt kicked.
Instead of making up a character like Jiren, I would have instead made a Superman homage character the strongest member of Universe 11 (i.e. he receives his strength from star radiation, is said to have nearly limitless power, wears tights and cape and is pretty much the super hero of his universe). Would definitely make fans a lot more excited about this arc. How awesome would it be to see Goku fighting a character that looks a lot like Superman in this arc's OP? Would definitely add greater to the "limit breaker" theme.

Vegeta died by lack of oxygen in RoF, Freeza was gonna kill Goku by leaving him stranded in space with no oxygen. So King and his minions die blowing up the planets they stand on. 😆 That's why I said it didn't help Vegeta.
Question. Do you think Frieza attack did anything to Vegeta? He was kind of caught off guard by it?
Originally posted by carver9It was PIS. There's no reason Vegeta shouldn't have also been in that protective barrier Whis created, especially considering he was in his SSB state. Hell, there's no reason Vegeta would not have been able to tank Frieza's attack only to hold his breath and join Whis in the protective barrier afterwards. Just a poorly written effort to insure that Goku got all the glory in the end even when he had no business getting it. God forbid someone besides Goku or Gohan save the day. 🙄

I've kept saying this but even if Vegeta had gotten the final blow in RoF as intended, it wouldn't of been a victory he himself earned, due to how Goku had previously worn out most of Frieza's stamina. It would've been kind of an empty victory for Vegeta, at least to me, though I suppose he's lucky sometimes to get even that. Still, he later got some better fanservice like his episode of revenge against Black but at the end of the day, Vegeta's won some cool battles but he's never won a war...

He looked caught off guard as if he wasn't expecting it and where exactly wo uld he have flown? Hell, we don't even know what happened to Vegeta. It's all a guess bro.
