The episode was good. I hyped it too much and it should have been another hour special lol.
Dyspo's treatment of frieza was on point. He's about to get stomped, but it was satisfying seeing him stuff his face against a wall.
Final flash was satisfying aesthetically if nothing else.
Also Lord Toppo's mustache was the highlight of the episode.

Nah, not at all...Vegeta explicitly notes that Jiren was trying harder against Goku than against him, hence why Vegeta seemed to be hurting him. And Whis stated that the Jiren who was glaring away spirit bomb + KKx20 was "far from full power." So there's that.

After Goku attained UI, sure. That doesn't mean Jiren was trying harder against his SSJ Blue.
Odds are, he was holding back as much as he was against Goku Blue, hence the look of shock that Vegeta could keep tagging him.
SSJ Blue Vegeta > SSJ Blue Goku.

Lmao...Vegeta is pretty evidently referring to how Jiren was JUST treating Goku 10 seconds before Vegeta fought him. Jiren didn't take Vegeta as seriously as Goku, simple as that.

Gods can feel goes Ki. They just felt Vegeta Ki in the same episode when he was attacking Jiren.
Can we at least agree that the Vegeta doomsayers from earlier on in the thread (without going back and quoting any old posts) can eat crow now?
Guess it just occurred to me, but Frieza would need another upgrade to his Golden form or something to keep up with SSB2 or whatever the hell Vegeta gets next episode... And I do hope Dyspo gets disposed of fairly quick once Frieza gets serious, so we can see Frieza focus on Toppo or Jiren instead. With how Dyspo easily got outsmarted and beaten by Hit once Hit figured out his shtick, he just feels like a non-factor now.
