Yep. Remember the laser to the chest incident with Goku during his fight against Frieza? No healing there. Everything leads to you being right.

Exactly, until a rectom is made SSG is the most powerful, I have a feeling it will always be though as well. I feel like the Akira's red haired Goku is a way to get that back from ss4 gogeta who had red hair.

So that makes my sig more powerful than yours?

No he because the SSG in that picture was from BOG.

SSGSS ROF>BOG SSG

NICE TRY.

I'm surprise no one commented on a depowered Vegeta seeing a fight in space.

I was going to bring that up and say he has vision like Superman.

Naah, Superman has better vision when seeing things from a distance but it's still a good showing for Vegeta. Now take off my sig and remove my quote from above your sig.

Except it is canon as Akira Toriyama himself is spear-heading Super's development.
That's not true, Toei is having the final say in the story as they're the ones directly writing the actual script for each and every episode. All Toriyama contributed to the series was a draft to serve as a basis for the plot but he's in fact letting writers at Toei brainstorm it through and through like in the old days.

vegeta must have amazing vision. He can see them from that far, through clouds and at at the speeds they were moving lol

Only when you recant it and apologize.

I also Said he has vision "like" superman. How did you convert the world "like" meaning similar to "better than?"

He can feel saiyan godly ki because he participated in powering Goku up. Or maybe Bulma built him super eye contacts. Or maybe Toriyama forgot he can't feel godly ki.

Ding ding ding. We have a winner!

Question:

It seems DBGT is almost universally considered stronger than DBS characters.

Why then, is the fight b/w Goku and Beerus unprecedented in terms of potential destruction (i.e the force from their blows could have destroyed the universe)?

Also, did Goku get weaker when he fights Golden Freiza (or any fight from Ep12 onwards really)? There is also no threat of the universe being destroyed in the movie.

DBS Inconsistency count: 1,345

DBS has retconned GT out of existence entirely and now the general opinion is that Super is far stronger than GT.

And we'll see how Super handles Freeza and BSSJG.

Yea the multipliers say GT is superior but they just dont hold any value when you have SSG Goku and Beerus about to destroy the universe in 3 clashes.

The crazy part is the did it both physically and with energy

Simply put, it proves what we knew all along: power levels aren't straight multipliers.

"SSJ4 Goku could destroy the universe easier than Beerus but he didn't do it because he's the hero"

You forgot to add that both aren't even using their full power and there's no telling how much power Beerus is even using. This could be him at 50%.

That would be out of control if they was only using say 60% like in the movie. Imagine how powerful Whis would be. Where do would they be place HH, Trans, Skyfather, Abstract...

I'd prefer it if SSG was actually a rival to Birusu this time around.

At first sight, I believed that the expanding destructive wave mechanics was a silly plot device to keep the Earth safe and that may still be the case, but I do recall that such mechanics are not unprecedented. IRL, the expansion of the universe behaves in an identical way. The farther into space you travel, the greater the force of expansion. Where we are in the world now, the planets and galaxies are inching apart, slowly; but deep in space, beyond what we can see, we do know that expansion is so powerful that it is ripping apart planets and galaxies at an atomic level. And if anyone else noticed, the objects being destroyed by the traveling shockwave looked exactly like it was atomized.

Here is an actual computer model of the galaxy being destroyed through expansion.

Here wave an the actual scene from the show.

In both cases, these objects were destroyed by forces that became more powerful, the further away it traveled from its starting point. I'm not saying that the force of their punches are equal to universal expansion, I'm just pointing out how eerily similar they are.

Think about it. Goku and Beerus is ripping a universe apart with a fist clash. Then they are punching each other in the face etc with these same hits. Their energy output is traveling across the unverse into other dimension. This is just from the shockwaves of said attack. Name one person that could survive let alone tank a universal punch. Can you think of anyone that could replicate that ft with just physical might? I can't think of a soul. Hell, their punching power igniting distant suns and destroying planets. What tier is that to you?
