His facial hair seems to be the best way of gauging his current level of power. When he's got a long beard, he's depowered/emaciated. When he's got no facial hair at all, he's at full power.
...And even after absorbing every ounce of power from Goku and Vegeta + energy from Namek itself, Moro still has an [albeit shorter] beard -- IOW, he's still a good bit away from 'full power'(which is likely why he still believes that only a wish from the Dragon can fully restore him.)
But when Moro fought the Kaioshin eons ago, he was beardless(ie. at full power):

I said it from the start, but the fact that DaiKaioshin and South Kaioshin were able to stand against FP Moro at all seems like a ridiculously impressive feat in itself, given what we now know about Moro's power(nevermind the esoteric technique DaiKaioshin randomly pulled out of his ass to defeat him.)

To be fair to Beerus, Whis could have at least mentioned "My, Goku and Vegeta might not get out of this one."He might not have cared, but as it was he didn't even know they were there, and had no real reason to believe Moro could become a threat off a weak and sparse Namek population.
As mentioned, you'd certainly think that Beerus would be on his best behavior after the events of the ToP, given that he and the entire universe were very nearly wiped from existence due, in part, to him being terrible at his job... /shrug

The manga's good, but it's a pain to only lose every third issue, for every new one.
Yeah, I know, complaining about how they give me free stuff isn't cool, but I got used to the old "You get it, you keep it" system they used to have, and liked looking back into the older events for basically nothing.

Anyways, I'm still calling Genkei Dama shenanigans to beat Moro. Somehow.It hasn't been used in forever, so it's about due, and it's the only big attack that doesn't require SSJ or personal ki.
Looks like we're going to see Boo confront Moro in the upcoming chapter. The leaks I've seen look very interesting... actually looks like Boo vastly outperforms Goku and Vegeta against him.
Now obviously there is bound to be some kind of special circumstance that makes this possible(likely magic or somesuch), but it still looks cool nonetheless.
