So the new chapter...
-Goku can only achieve UI Omen. He still can't reach MUI at will.
-Even Whis was shocked at Goku's growth and praised Merus for training him.
-In his Omen state, Goku can use his speed to prevent Moro from draining him.
-The initial battle between UI Goku and Moro was about equal, with Goku having the advantage in speed. Both were holding back, though.
-When Moro powered up, he stated that his ki "transcended the very Gods."
-Goku cannot maintain UI for very long, so was trying to conserve his power/stamina. At the end of the chapter, he seemed to fully power up in that state.
-Vegeta should be entering the fray soon.
I'm sure they're immensely powerful, considering they are essentially tasked with protecting "God"... But it has always been strange to me that Zen-Oh would even need protection, though it's probably just a formality.
We obviously don't know *how* powerful the Attendants are, though, as they've done absolutely nothing.
Well, it seemed like FPUI Goku was about equal to Moro initially, but Goku couldn't sustain that state for long and his stamina depleted.
Moro cannot absorb the "artificial" power of #17 & #18(good thing, considering it's infinite.)
Vegeta was able to use IT to teleport to earth after a few minutes of training, but says it was a one-time thing and he won't/can't do it again.
Vegeta seems confident that he is more powerful than Moro now -- we'll see their fight next issue. Vegeta will likely outpreform Goku, but I highly doubt that he will actually defeat/kill Moro.
Oh, and Beerus still seems entirely unbothered by Moro and the threat he poses. Whis went out of his way to say that ONLY Beerus and DaiKaioshin can decide when direct intervention is necessary... Which seems like it might be a set-up for Beerus to enter the fray at some point and unleash against Moro. droolio
Well, the latest V-Jump cover has manga MUI Goku on it:
And he seems to be what current Goku will look like when fighting Moro in the upcoming second round.
I won't be surprised if Vegeta will fail and then Goku will activate MUI for the final fight.
In fact, it is entirely possible that current Vegeta will be on par or even stronger than current UI Omen Goku, and we all know that the first rule of Popo's training is that Goku can never be weaker than Vegeta at the end of a DB main arc/saga.
Yeah, if Goku ends up attaining MUI again, I'm sure the scaling will be: MUI Goku > current SSB Vegeta > FPUI Goku.
...But I'd still much rather see Beerus intervene, instead of the same damn equation we get in every single arc(ie. Goku FTW!!!) ermm
That said, I am very curious to see what new techniques Vegeta has learned.
