I really liked Moro at first, because he was the first pure magic user in a long time.

Have just casually/occasionally been reading the manga, but what is the beef with Moro? Aside from him overstaying his welcome I guess.

They just keep inextricably making him more and more OP.

It's basically fanfic at this point. ie. "what if Cell, the Androids, Boo, and Babidi all fused!?"

And if the mortals end up winning somehow, it's going to be a very terrible ending to the arc IMO.

Imo, the only way to "get Moro right" would be if they stopped at him reaching full power(the first time), and didn't include any of the fanfic powerup BS we've seen since.

But knowing the anime, they'd probably make the Moro arc even longer than it already is, and they would almost certainly include even more absurdity/filler than we've seen in the manga.

I just wish they would have spent more time on the Humans beating criminals, even though that would make the arc much longer. I just wanted to see more Tien doing more. Not losing to giant metalman.

Yeah, I always like to see the earthlings do something relevant(especially my boy Krillin.) 😄

On that note, I wonder if they're ever going to have Goten/Trunks do... Anything at all in DBS? Their powers were hyper-wanked in the Boo arc, but they legit haven't done a damn thing in DBS. ermm

THAT is my biggest beef with Super. They've not aged them up, and have done nothing with them except put them and Marron on a island to protect from poachers, and to fight Cell Jr's.

It's only a few years from EoZ, and like they still say oh we can't let them do anything they are kids. Meanwhile they are almost Gohan's age in Buu Saga.

Shin had already been killed by Babidi/Dabura in Black's timeline. So since Supreme Kais and Gods of Destruction share a life bond, if one of them is killed the other dies as a result... And when a Destroyer is killed, their Angel essentially goes dormant and withdraws from the universe(because they no longer have a purpose.)

tl;dr
Beerus was dead in that timeline, and Whis ceased functioning. That's why Black/Zamasu chose that timeline as their base of operations in the first place -- Beerus wasn't around to interfere.
