Yes he saw Hulk fall.

So he saw him fall while being inside of the building Hulk fell in?

Apparently he did since he commented on it. Or maybe he could have, oh I dunno, heard him yelling. It's not like Hulk is a quiet man

Or he could've seen Hulk awake like he said. Was he koed?

Where is it stated that the guard was inside when he saw the Hulk fall?

Probably. I still want to see the proof that he was koed though. Especially when we know Hulk can jump high and land on the ground just fine.

Didn't realize he could he could jump as high as he fell from in Avengers. You have proof of this no doubt.

Never said that but he doesn't have any issues falling from high heights. How about someone post proof he was koed.

That's a no limits fallacy. "He can fall from the height he can jump to and be ok so he can fall from any high and be ok too"

Honest question: Is there a time when Hulk reverting to Banner actually KO's him as you are implying here?

Don't understand your question.

Banner woke up right? In the crater. Him turning back into himself doesn;t KO him so why would he be waking up if the fall didn't KO him?

He understood your question, he just has no answer for it, so he's trying to stall for time in order to come up with some kind of excuse.

Didn't see where he woke up. Where did you get that from? And again, the guy said he was awake.

There's an easy explanation to all this. Hulk probably landed and was hurt enough that he was stunned from the fall. After some time he succumbs to unconsciousness. That would explain why the man says he was awake and yet Banner awakes in the very center of the impact crater seemingly unmoved.

We clearly see where he woke up and it was in the crater

He said he was awake "when he fell". Not awake "when he landed"

I honestly don't see how one can think Hulk can defeat Thor in an all out fight when Thor has the hammer and can actually use it.

Tornadoes. Powerful strikes that put down leviathans. Joutenheim busters. Flying city busters. Hammer flying incredibly fast and always returning to Thor. Lighting powerful enough to destroy 3 Leviathans. Outputting 1/3th of the onslaught Ultron endured. Tanking the city explosion. Tanking the bifrost explosion. Tanking falling debries when the city first flew. Super speed feats. Shit he even brought Vision to life.

The dude got it all.

Thor > Hulk

Sorry Hulkster, but Avengers 2 made it clear Thor is the heavy hitter. Goldilocks was everywhere doing everything in this movie.

In the context of the films Thor has always been a heavy hitter. You can see his ground pound feats in his first movie or his feat of hitting Caps shield in the first Avengers, etc. showing this.

Show me him asleep.

The movie shows him awakening in the crater, that means he was unconscious.

Never said he was "asleep".
