Never said that but he doesn't have any issues falling from high heights. How about someone post proof he was koed.
That's a no limits fallacy. "He can fall from the height he can jump to and be ok so he can fall from any high and be ok too"
Honest question: Is there a time when Hulk reverting to Banner actually KO's him as you are implying here?

Banner woke up right? In the crater. Him turning back into himself doesn;t KO him so why would he be waking up if the fall didn't KO him?
He understood your question, he just has no answer for it, so he's trying to stall for time in order to come up with some kind of excuse.

I honestly don't see how one can think Hulk can defeat Thor in an all out fight when Thor has the hammer and can actually use it.Tornadoes. Powerful strikes that put down leviathans. Joutenheim busters. Flying city busters. Hammer flying incredibly fast and always returning to Thor. Lighting powerful enough to destroy 3 Leviathans. Outputting 1/3th of the onslaught Ultron endured. Tanking the city explosion. Tanking the bifrost explosion. Tanking falling debries when the city first flew. Super speed feats. Shit he even brought Vision to life.
The dude got it all.
Thor > Hulk

Sorry Hulkster, but Avengers 2 made it clear Thor is the heavy hitter. Goldilocks was everywhere doing everything in this movie.
In the context of the films Thor has always been a heavy hitter. You can see his ground pound feats in his first movie or his feat of hitting Caps shield in the first Avengers, etc. showing this.
