In fiction, we apply the same logic or not at all, this is no exception

No, we don't. Each universe shows us how we define it. Do all fictional universes have the same abilities ?

For vs debating purposes, we tend to analyse and treat each fiction with the same standards, or we don't apply said standards at all, otherwise you look like a hypocrite

So again

In fiction, we apply the same logic or not at all, this is no exception

No, we debate based on the standards they define for their own universe. The flash is portrayed as super fast.

We apply a set of standards across fiction, and we apply it everywhere

You want to use high ends for one verse? You apply it for everything else

You want to pick opponents low ends? You better do the same for your side

Talking is a free action, applies across all fictional universes or not at all

You don't want to apply the standards across all fiction, then what the hell you're doing in vs debating I'll never know

Also, nice non sequiter retard

No, we use the same principles of debating but we don't apply the same standards since all rules of fiction are different in his they work.

I cite evidence. Talking takes time. It takes time in even the flash save the unit of time is much shorter due to his speed and perception. Taking takes far more time with Han and Leia. 😂

Principles of debating, debating standards, we apply it the same way across fiction, if you don't you kind of come across as a hypocrite, actually scratch that, you are a ****ing hypocrite

Thags different than what you're suggesting. The flashs perception of time is a lot slower than Han and Leia's. We know the time that passes for him is quantifiably slower. You are a hypocrite.

No ****ing shit sherlock, doesn't change my point

Same can be said of pretty much every character with speed feats and shit 👆

It does prove that they can't be judged the same like you said. Boom.

So you agree I am correct.

You have no point at all, talking takes no time in fiction, hence the term "talking is a free action 👆

Nope

Completely false. If talking takes no time in fiction then why does time pass as they talk. I guess all actions are suspended and don't count because they spoke. You make no sense and speak jibberish. Time doesn't stop. Time might move slower for the flash etc. but not for the Jedi when they speak. I just rapd your shitty case.

No surprise here, really.

So you believe when someone talks no time takes place in all areas of fiction.

😂

We apply the same logic across fiction or not at all, meaning entire conversations can happen in as much as a millisecond in all of fiction, or it doesn't happen at all, you cannot have it both ways and make up special pleading as you go along

We never apply the same standards from one area of fiction to the next. We go based off logic, portrayal, and evidence.

Based off what you're saying time stands still and talking turns all feats into flash like feats.

Only a with deals in absolutes. Life isn't black and white it's grey, kiddo.

Nah, 'fraid to say we actually do, then again, most of us aren't hypocrites who live in our mothers basements in our 30's and actually like to have a consistent model for debating rather than it being a cesspit like SpaceBattles or MvC

Not every character has to be portrayed as doing super crazy speed tricks on one panel in every situation he's in every single situation he's in like he's the god damn Flash, you know. Simple fact of the matter is, only speed feats matter and talking is laughed off, because in fiction, talking is a free action

A with? What's a with quanchi?

But yeah, either it applies universally, or it doesn't apply full stop, otherwise get the **** out with your double standard bullshit

You are wrong. We let the fiction define how it applies otherwise you are just making shit up. The story defines how the characters are portrayed not you.

The flashs perception is made clear. Han Solo and Leia speaking for over thirty words isn't flash like. They don't have super speed at all nor are they portrayed this way.

Only a Sith. iPad changed it to with.

No, we never apply the same rules to everything. That's preposterous. I guess time passing by isn't really seconds because they spoke. GTFO. If you want to argue super speed then you have to prove it. That's how debating works. The same principles apply to debating but each universe defines itself in that universe.
