Pretty sure that shit isn't canon to marvel....and assuming it is,dosent even mean anything to a galactus who has fed on 4+ planets....nor does it mean spectre's low end feats aren't numerous either....and he still gets shat on against the celestial race so..

Spectre didn't and couldn't do anything to Krona in that particular arc.
Spectre had to wait for Krona's defeat, and the obsoleteness of the 12 items, in order to THEN separate the two universes.

Yea, it seems Magus manipulating them with tech, didn't pan out as effective as he thought.

But, let's not forget he was able to bound Eternity and Infinity and hide from the LT's senses.

For the last time, the CCU/s are dependent on the "will" of the wielder.

1) Thanos, with one, became the entire 616 universe.
2) Badoon, with one, enslaved the Celestials of an entire universe. (reality-616 in the 31st century)
3) Captain Marvell, with one, gave every hero and villain of Earth-9777 their own private universe.
4) Leonard Jackson, with one, unstacked 4 universeS (one being 616) placing them back in their proper space,
re-warped a dozen universeS that were surrounding 616,
and de-compressed the entire omniverse thereby fixing it's collapse in session.
5) X-O and Iron Man, with one, re-created a new entire Omniverse, after destroying the old crazy one made by the same CCU.

People talk about bound, amped, whatever Spectre, it makes no difference. The real key is the Spectre-Force getting off it's lazy ass and actually DOING it's job. We have on panel confirmation that Spectre could have stopped GEB and CoIE AM if it wanted too. ONE of those threats annihilated DC's entire multiverse (except for 5 universes) and the other one was trampling on anything and everything in DC until it met it's match in the Presence.

The Spectre clears this.

When they both part-took in the creation of the entire DC and Marvel companies.
