One you can get off completely in a peaceful cooperation with only a couple hours wasted. One you get a dick shoved up your ass and possibly killed if you do nothing.
A couple hours wasted at worst is comparable to a dick in your ass. You must have just gotten used to being raped to make that comparison. Plus you can kill a rapist with no harm done if you're lucky. A cop is part of the system that can send you to jail to get ass raped, that can press charges and give you a criminal record and ruin your life.

If you think you can get away from the cop without getting caught, then I see no reason not to. At least then you'll be making an actual attempt to get away. Not that it would work, but it might. I know for a fact flailing like retard does nothing but get people hurt though.

Unlawful arrest has lots of people let off with a slap on the wrist. Do you see an upside to resisting arrest besides filling your own ego or are you going to dance around that?
