I don't see your point, that doesn't explain what "the darkest" refers to.

He's a dick.

Lol of course, it certainly doesn't refer to the dark side or anything. 🙄

At least Neph doesn't think the Star Forge is not a dark side nexus. 👆

I think he is a force user, lol. I was just pointing out that technically the quote mentions his darkness and power as separate qualities.

...yeah that's not really the point. Point is he is as you say, a Force user, he is of the dark side, and he is referred to as "the darkest".

It's pretty obvious in that respect that they are talking about the dark side, and being "the darkest" in that context can only be intepreted as the most powerful dark sider, which is reinforced by the fact he's also described as the most powerful Emperor. Note Emperor, they are directly comparing him with Vitiate, the only other Emperor in history thus far.

Intepreting him as a mean person with lots of political power in light of all this, is just wishful thinking.

Emperor Palpatine Beni?...Plus seeing as this is all still Legends, there is either multiple Emperors as far as Legends go or 1 Emperor as per canon.

Unless you mean the only other Emperor in that time period.

"history thus far", the quote says he is the most powerful Emperor yet, which means it only applies to history up until that point. In that respect Vitiate is the only other Emperor we know of.

Yeah but being stronger than Vitiate would make him more powerful than Sidious probably.

*waits for him to get lolz weak feats*

Urgh, yeah probably.

Having offspring that is immensely powerful in the Force doesn't really mean much.
ex: Revan's parents, Ezra Bridger's parents, Starkiller's parents, Kyp Durron's parents.

It's possible he is, though I would prefer a non-Force sensitive Emperor for once, tbh.

They were Jedi

Fodder Jedi.

"Valkorion: who is this guy? What happened to that other Emperor? Aren’t they both actually Jadus, who’s secretly Kephess, who’s actually a mutated clone of Kai Zykken created by Fez Burba for the Star Cabal’s secret war against the Shroud? OK, so I actually haven’t seen that theory, but IT’S ALL TRUE TELL EVERYONE BEFORE IT’S TOO LA----"
--The Dev's clarifying (or trying to clarifying) shit

It would not surprise me if the SWTOR Dev's actually did that tbh

So is the outlander one of the 8 protags or a completely new character?

it's your player character. you can use an existing one, or make a new one.

Your PC (protag). Like I said, you wake up after X years in carbonate to discover the Empire and Republic has fallen. How they were frozen in the first place remains unclear.

Well that's gonna make vs match-ups pretty confusing LOL

The idea is that the protags wake up long after the Great Galactic War has ended and must ally with old and new companions to combat the Eternal Empire.

As dumb as that sounds, I completely okay with wiping the slate clean and getting rid of the tired old story of Vitishit once and for all. It was really getting old that every new expansions was more comic book villain than the last.
