Doubt it. Was also on the Pub fleet but nobody there was flagged for pvp. Anyone here on Harbinger?

I am. Empire version. "Jaggarath". HMU with a friend request and a PST. I'm on ATM.

I have see a jaggarath on the fleet many times not only now but 2013.

> go to Dromund Kaas or Coruscant stronghold
> deactivate it while inside
> get booted to enemy capital world
> shuttle to fleet
> shuttle to starter planet

In case anyone was wondering how you do it.

The best part is most of the vendors on the starter worlds (Legacy vendors, couple quest givers, respec guy) are killable...

LOL and its not like other mmo's right? Like top level players don't come to defend them?

Well even with coruscant and tython, the level adjustment in 4.0 made it fair. It's just we had 20 or so sith congregated in one area and just kept killing 3-5 jedi until there were were like 3 republic players left on the planet.

They can but top level players don't usually hang out on Tython.

Yeah but like when an enemy faction attacks a friendly outpost, its usually a big deal. No one seems to care in SWTOR though

Nah a lot of people care. Thing is, levels now scaled to planets so high levels don't one shot lower levels like they used to...

How do you mean? Did they change the combat mechanics in someway?

Yeah. IIRC, your stats are scaled to the level of the planet you are on.

LOL that sounds stupid

Not sure what the reasoning behind it was. I'm guessing it's so when high-level players help out low levels, the higher level player isn't slaughtering low level content.

They don't get any exp when they're helped out by high levels though. At least that was the case when I played the game.

We have added a new system to the game called Level Sync. What this system will do is that when you are on a planet, but above the target level of that planet, your level will automatically be lowered to that planet’s level. Ex: If you are level 60, and you return to Alderaan to do some Missions, your character will be scaled down to be level 32.

While you are under Level Sync the following things are adjusted on your character:

Stats
Armor
Weapon Damage

However, while under Level Sync we will not take away any abilities or passive effects that you have. Also, while under Level Sync you will earn scaled experience. So if you are a level 60, killing level 30 mobs, you will gain experience appropriate for being a level 60 . This enables a player to go play any of the content in The Old Republic and get rewarded appropriately for their time investment. Did you miss out on the heroic area on Tatooine? No worries! Now you can simply head there and check it out without dramatically stopping your progression.

Boo boo no more oneshoting WBs and newbs.

Deal.

This part makes it more fun I guess.
