Oh, it's already changing stuff.
It's highlighting that racism is still a problem and that there will be less official support of it.
Heck, even the racist reaction to it is bringing to light matters that a lot of people had ignored.
One deals with problems by dragging them into the light, and if there's one thing it's doing it's highlighting how many people still support a negative flag that rejects and stands against so many Americans, for bad reasons.
