I just thought Ewan's acting was so wooden & he just delivered his lines.
There was never one stand out scene where I was convinced he'd grow & mature into the role Alec Guiness made iconic.

You see I thought where Alec made the character Iconic and famous, Ewan brought more kinda coolness to the role and made him immensely more popular. Like on the level of a Han Solo.
I just felt Ewan as Obi had better screen presence with Neeson as an actor by his side.
But the moment Qui Gon died & Ewan took on the lead role, he didn't have enough screen charisma.
A young Alec Guiness/Obi Wan would've chastised Hayden's bratty Anakin, not roll his eyes & shake his head to "Annie's" shenanigans.
Something else from Legends being used, The Cloud-Rider gang originally appeared in a handful of Marvel comics in the 1970s
