I'm curious to see if he has any other quirks like the Twins have with built in flamethrowers. We know he has the 4 armed thing for lightsabers, so interested to see if his overall design has anything interesting. You can also tell from his appearance, that there's some difference between him and Grevious design wise, with Karbin as it looks like having a much thicker armored appearance.
