Superman have been destroyed by a single Ki-imbued attack in Action Comics #787 and it wasn't even to the power of the Ki-attacks in the first Dragon Balls.
Magic energy and ki energy are clearly defined in Dragon Ball.
They are too in DC Comics.
Ki-attacks blocks Superman's powers and ignores his vulnerability.

Goku doesn't have to lock onto someone to use instant transmission. He usually does that when he is teleports galaxies long distances searching for someone...he has used this in combat. Hell, he recently used it in combat.

His flying speed is much too fast for Goku's combat speed to track.
Do you realize that in order to accelerate and do manoeuvers using his flying speed to attack Superman has only two options ?
* Charging Goku in a straight line from a very far position which he never did because accelerating to his top speed is too imprecise
* He never reached his top speed via describing circles around an opponent.
Your main argument is basically that Goku will not see a projectile (Superman) which is human-sized, coming at him despite the fact that Goku can deal with faster projectiles harder to spot on a daily basis.
It seems that you don't realize the lack of relevancy of your argument.
Goku in the 23rd budokai tournament was already too fast for Superman to deal with and he has got multiple times faster and powerful since that in his base form.
Goku powering-up with SSJ1, SSJ2, SSJ3, SSJ Red or SSJ Blue is an unreachable God that Superman can't even mind to notice before being one-shotted.

Yeah, was just BSing for fun. Toriyama to my knowledge has never answered that question. He likely enjoys the ongoing competition his creation has with one of the (if not the most) most well known superheroe ever created.
