Goku back was turned and he turned around and slapped the bullet. You are trying to hard. I can easily post this and say Superman isn't fast enough to even touch kid Goku...

Be honest, who are you going for? Remember when you brought up Hit being slow because he only punched once during time stop? Anyways, we clearly see Goku phasing out of bullets and catching bullets close range with one freaking hand. Are you really using the bullet argument here because he slapped it out of the air when his back was turned? Please admit you're trying too hard.

Honestly, this whole things a farce. It's a fact that Goku was shot with a common laser. It's also a fact Krillin was shot with a gun.
We can determine that Dragon Ball characters are not "super" all the time. They need to actively switch on their powers.
Nothing in this thread stipulates Goku begins in a transformered or power up state. Therefore, he is at base level, and initially depowered.
Superman does not need to switch his powers on. His strength, durability, senses, and most importantly speed are always in the "on" position.
Therefore, Superman simply uses his innate super speed to KO Goku well before he can even power up.
I
Game. Set. Match.
Now I can agree with the fact that Goku isn't always in a powered up state. He doesn't need to be. He live in a world of humans. Anyways, Goku at his base level phase through Superman attacks and knocks him out with a single hit. Frankenstein knocked the guy out with a tractor and he got stunned with a bike recently. He is no match for Goku.
And cue the lowballing.
Sorry, you can't prove Goku is faster then a bullet without raising his ki, because he isn't faster then a bullet without raising his ki. All the lowballing in the world doesn't change this logic.
Is Goku at rest before this match? Yes, yes he is. Because that's how all fights on battle boards start, with active powers off. Hal Jordan doesn't have a force field raised, Sue Richards doesn't start invisible and unshielded, ect. Ki is an active power. It is not raised by default.

So base form Goku isn't faster than a bullet?
This is exactly how it would go, if Vegeta was Superman and Frost was Goku.

It has been proven by feats that Superman can't even touch Goku when he was far less quick in combat than Goku at the 23rnd Budokai Tournament...
Superman stands no chance at all.

Why did h3 need to punch more than one time? We seen him hit Frost with more than one hit during his time stop.
The problem is that it's still not enough. For a character who is even relative to the speed of light, 0.1 seconds should be a goddamn eternity. He should have been able to hit them thousands of times in that span, and yet he had to increase the timeframe to 0.5 seconds just to get a couple dozen hits off on Goku. Then, to add insult to injury, the the only times that low-tier characters like Jaco couldn’t see Hit’s movements were when he was skipping through time. It’s one thing to take it with a grain of salt and assume DB is still at it’s prior speed levels, it’s another to actually pretend this shit is somehow impressive.
You don't know what you're talking about. He hit Frost multiples of times in .01 seconds. Then you can't even go this route when we know the character was holding back. Stop acting retarded. Flash can move in between atto seconds and he hasn't thrown anything over a thousand punches his entire career. Get over yourself.
Go troll somewhere else.

Talks about multiple hits in .01 seconds like that's supposed to impress. 😆Superman moving and talking normally while Hal's ring froze the world craps all over Hit's weak time freeze.
The point he is trying to make is that Hit was only able to throw one punch during time stop. His case was not normal to begin with and was debunked when he attempted to low ball a character he had no clue about. He should've waited before assuming because in the end it made him look...
Superman never moved through time stop.

You sure have a short memory.
Do you need to see the scans again?
