I'd agree with Ant, I could probably argue her being around Saesee Tiin/Kit Fisto level (so the lower end of the B-Team) in total. She shouldn't be above that though.
Her saber mastery seems pretty standard for a woman in her position, and her raw force talent can't be too high given how Krayt handles her. However she seems to only be a touch below Talon and Nihl in the hierarchy and her esoteric abilities could always be a match clincher.
So yeh, max Kit Fisto/Kolar level, but in actuality probably around Eeth Koth/Luminara.
