Batman vs Beerus

Beerus is coming to pay Batman a visit due to a rumor the Oracle told Beerus about Batman (let's not go into question about this). Beerus plans on torturing Batman and blowing up the planet afterwards.

Batman receives confirmation of this and finds out that Bills will arrive on Earth in a day. Can Batman prep enough to take down Bill or does he die along with the planet.

Batman can not get outside help for this. Can only use his own resources.

You could give him superhuman longevity and 100 years of prep, it would still be spite.

Or is it BatMetron?

Better yet, he travels into our world, annihilates DC's HQ and every DC fan.

As for this fight. Batman in his Hellbat suit spitestomps, if you do not allow it, well current Battron is a God, and not a lousy one like Beerus, he wins.

Beerus turned an egg (organic structure) into sand with a touch. Considering Superman's weakness to magic, all Beerus has to do is to touch Superman.

As for Batman. Beerus doesn't have any distinct weakness to exploit—like Superman and Kryptonite, Martian Manhunter and fire, Darkseid and Radion, etc.—so there's not much Batman can do.
