An article on the Clinton's plan for Donald

Short version: Some people think that they'll have an easy win, but Hillary and Bill have decided not to underestimate the person who's foes keep falling due to underestimating him, and are preparing for a tough race. With Bill and Barack poised to help out.

How Bernie Sanders Could Win Super Tuesday Or Win Really Badly: http://www.npr.org/2016/02/29/468505162/how-bernie-sanders-could-win-super-tuesday-or-lose-really-badly

Wow, are some of those numbers... impressively optimistic, let's say. 60 percent for Hillary in Alabama and Georgia, giving a 20 point win? The lower polls are about a 30 point win for Hillary, and just like South Carolina they each have a near-50% poll.

Also, the 'Clinton blowout,' they have listed there... is pretty close to the polling average. It's actually not nearly as optimistic for her as the Bernie side is for him. Kinda disappointed in the article's number crunching.

That said, his day is not going to be near as bad as the GOP-who-aren't-Trump. Everyone is counting on making it to the convention, but how are they supposed to make it to the convention if they can't win any states??

Berine is going to leave Super Tuesday with, at minimum, 1 state under his belt, reasonably likely 3-4, and 5 isn't impossible. Plus already having New Hampshire. The predictions don't have the non-Trumps doing near that good, even a bad day for Bernie would be a level that would make a good day for Rubio.

possibly but i think trump is smart enough to know that even tho people won't vote for carson, they like carson. he comes off as a very nice and decent man and attacking him would push trump's loud mouth act too far.

plus carson never attacked trump

Agreed.

Idk. Think I might be onto something.

Ouch. Article stating that endorsing Trump has pretty much FUBARed Christies political career

Made a deal with the devil

Hope it was worth it to spite Marco Rubio for that one day. Only reason Christie endorsed Trump was to deflect from the beatdown Rubio gave Trump in the debate the night before. Beyond that, his endorsement means nothing. So again, I hope being spiteful towards Rubio for that one day was worth Christie's entire political career.

It was a stupid petty move and Christie's being smeared for it, but I honestly doubt it will matter much in the long run. Remember Gridgegate, people forget or just don't care enough in time.

"To begin with, it is less and less likely with each passing day that Trump will ever become president"

What race has she been watching?

She probably means that the more offensive stuff he says, the less likely he is to win a general election.

Studies show that female political candidates can either be regarded as competent or likable. The likability of Clinton is rated low, but her competency is rated high. And polling shows that voters prefer a candidate who would do a good job over one that they like. It is the inverse of the I-want-a-president-I-can-have-a-drink-with phenomenon. Apparently, people learned from electing George W. Bush. So likability is not as important for Clinton as it is for Trump.

Yes, I don't want a president I could have a drink with. I want the best for the job and..it's not Hilary. It's really not anyone running, that is the saddest part about all this.

No matter who wins..we lose. We have already lost. It's like finding out you won a prize you HAVE to accept, and it is a shit sandwich, and you have to figure out the best way to actually eat the pile of shit given to you. Like do I sprinkle salt on the shit? Is this something you eat with mustard?

Bernie yet again beats the Republicans by a larger margin than Hillary in this new poll: http://www.cnn.com/2016/03/01/politics/donald-trump-hillary-clinton-bernie-sanders-poll/

Lends to the theory that Trump is only running to make the GOP look moronic and to hand the Presidency over to Clinton, since they were friendly at one point

no one

Trump dominated..

Cruz won Texas and Oklahoma

Rubio could not even win one state, he needs to get out.

Yep. Cruz is giving a speech right now essentially saying "Rubio, drop the phuck out. Rubio supporters, come to me."

Suck because I find both deplorable, but i view Rubio as the lesser evil.

So Bernie has Vermont and Oklahoma and will almost certainly get Colorado and Minnesota. If he loses Massachusetts it will probably be by less than 3 or 4%, so all in all I think he's done well enough to survive Super Tuesday, at least in terms of keeping hopes high in his campaign.

Oh yeah. Bernie definitely hasnt been beaten yet

I'm hearing Rubio might win Minnesota. Could give him the excuse he needs to stay in. Kasich has also apparently tied with Trump in Vermont, so Kasich will probably wish to stay in as well.

Yeah, Kasich generally does pretty well in New England.
