It sounds like Hilary is using Bills economy stupid meme to convince people to vote for her because it's easier than actually talking about economic policies.

It also implies that were still in a recession and Obama has done **** all.

I don't know why bill was good at economic policies. I don't know what they were. If only she was married to Bill and could tell me what they were.

If only Bill was running for a third term and could tell me what those economic policies are.

Bill Clinton Would Be 'in Charge of Revitalizing the Economy,' Hillary Clinton Says

or is that stretching the truth?

Sure, here's the quote:

"I've told my husband he's got to come out of retirement and be in charge of this because you know he’s got more ideas a minute than anybody I know," she said, while talking about manufacturing and jobs.

Over the course of the campaign, Clinton has repeatedly said she would seek her husband's advice if she takes office.

Last month on ABC's "The View," she had this to say when asked about how she sees his role: "I think he'll — I hope he'll have a lot of involvement in starting the economy to really take off."

And last year, in an interview on MSNBC, she said, "He's a great adviser, and he knows as much about the economy and job creation as anyone I could talk to.

Again, don't have a massive problem with Bill being an advisor, but I'm also not wowed by it, he does have eight years of being POTUS under his belt though, so that's a potential plus.

In fact, I find Hillary's comments above to be more confidence inspiring than Trump's default "I'll do the best." "I'm the best." and "I'll have the best people." approach, tbh.

Edit function broken, but don't you TI? If not, why?

Hilary did well in the Florida primary with ethnic minorities, trump lost the Hispanic vote to Rubio (literally Hispanic Floridian) and black republican stats were unavailable on the my times website.

I believe Ben Carson will help Trump get the minority vote.

Hispanics, women, African-Americans, (racial minorities in general, honestly), LGBT, etc. They're all very important demographics.

If Bill is so good at the economy, he should run for a third term!

20 years have passed. I think Republicans back then would have been ok with him running a 3rd and 4th terms. He was a good president that made a few mistakes but universally liked.

Really? I remember Republicans trying to defend W. W, ffs.

Oh yeah, on trump winning minority votes:

I don't recall that about Clinton but I was young then. I always thought he was a good president.

same here, but I remember FOX hated Clinton and when gore didn't win the election, Clinton was attacked for a lot of things, terrorism and economy, and Republicans liked W.

How am I "covering" when I've responded to it/you several times now?

do you trust Hilary with the economy?

I trust her with it more than Trump

Without discussing trumps policies, why do you trust her more than trump?

LoL, "Don't talk about Trump, we know he can't stand up to scrutiny!" The fear you Trumpers have over your precious. Anyhow.

I know what to expect from her overall, her first term will be Obama-like, hopefully she'll reign-in her hawkishness and not try and prove how tough she is (cos that will be a heavy angle of attack people with use) with unnecessary shows of force. While Trump doesn't inspire any confidence in me.

Without discussing trump, why do you trust Hilary with the economy? Obama-like doesn't sound good. America is still in a recession, no?

Literally just answered you. Your games are not amusing.

You haven't mentioned the economy. And why you trust Hilary with the economy.

I'm a Trumper (or rather better him than Hilary or Bernie), so I'm not sure what you're talking about. Hilary inspires no confidence because I have no idea who she is. It depends who she's pandering to any given minute of any given day. There's no reason to even discuss Bernie as far as credible human beings go.

I understand you don't like Sander's policies and that's fine, but how can you say he isn't credible? That's one of his big selling point, he actually believes (for better or worse) what he says.
