Doomsday was oneshotting heralds like Orion there. Superman took twelve free shots to the face after taking a huge energy blast from the Coluan city which packs some serious power.
This is just an example. He routinely fights beings who oneshot other heralds.
Thor doesn't.

Nice damage soak and durability for Supes. It's nothing Thor has endured before. Like Supes, Thor routinely fights incredibly powerful bricks. Destroyer, Mangog, Kurse, and Durok ring a bell?

Thor even had Mjlonir and Superman put him into a coma. It may not be canon to DC but it IS canon to Marvel seeing as how the event it took place in was mentioned in numerous Handbook entries.
