600k crimes over a 6 year period. So ignoring repeat offenders and going with 1 crime = 1 "illegal" and assuming some of these crimes weren't misdemeanors, that's 100,000 crimes a year. Compared to the 1.6 million undocumented in TX. yes, "minority" still applies.

People get passes I know, but for me those are usually specific people. For instance I'm white. If I run a red light and get pulled over and the cop decides not to give me a ticket..he's not giving a pass to all white people in the country.

Whereas what you are talking about seems to be a pass given to an entire group of people.
