Not sure where the Vos beats Dooku logic came from; anyway Mace's Vaapad takes care of Vos easily enough

It's not that simple.

If it was Mace would have stomped Sidious as well. But best Vapaad did was make Mace and Sidious equals.

Not to mention he would have stomped Sora Bulq, Kar Vastor, Darth Maul e.t.c.

Fully Dark Side Vos is simply too good to be stomped by anyone but Yoda and Sidious.

Vos has gotten better, but not better by enough to take Mace.

Depends where you rank Mace in comparison to Dooku.

But even if we rank Mace above Dooku, the fact that Vos beat Dooku means he should at least give Mace hell before getting beaten.
