Rebels Ashoka Tano vs Darth Vader season 2 prediction

All I'm saying is that if the way somebody performs against an opponent contradicts the level they have been portrayed at, it's considered PIS.

The notion that Vader not ragdolling Rebels Ahsoka would be PIS because it contradicts the combative level already established for Ahsoka doesn't make sense since Rebels Ahsoka's level as a combatant has not been established yet. It's been several years since the Clone Wars. For all we know Ahsoka could still be beneath Ventress level, or she could've risen to above Maul or Dooku level.

I'm not arguing she's Vader's peer, especially not in TK. I'm just saying how she performs against Vader, whether well or terribly, wouldn't contradict what we know of Rebels Ahsoka as a combatant since we really don't know very much about Rebels Ahsoka as a combatant.

I doubt Ahsoka is going to wind up being Vader's peer, but her combative ability at this point in time is not established enough for her fight with Vader to contradict anything.

Tbh I'm sorta annoyed with Jedi n guys getting to be on Dooku/Maul level really...

It's not that Tano can't hold her own with Vader in a lightsaber duel, because she clearly can given his multiple poorer performances against lesser Jedi.

But given it's said that Vader wants Ahsoka dead more than any Jedi short of Kenobi, he pretty obviously should be going all out - Telekiensis included.

I just don't see Tano surviving seconds against a top-tier Force-user when all restrictions are stripped off... hence why me and many others will call it PIS.

In the end, it's not that Ahsoka is weak (she's clearly among the most capable Jedi of her day), but just that the most iconic villain of all time is just that good.

I can agree that Ahsoka logically shouldn't be anywhere near Vader in the Force, given her lack of training, but I think Ahsoka could have increased her power/defenses through more research/study in the Force. It's just kind of a theory of mine, but she could have gone to some Jedi Temples throughout the galaxy during all those years, and possibly learned from holocrons or whatever. Filoni said he had an idea about the armor we see her wearing, and she may have found it in an old Temple, IIRC, so it's possible she could have gained more knowledge in the Force in that manner.

How has Vader done poor saber wise if he was holding back?

I'm referencing EU battles, not his Kanan/Ezra fight, lmfao.

Ah. But how does he have poor performance there?

"How does he have poor performances in the EU"?

LMFAO. 😂

mmm Because peers of Vader, like Revan, is ragdolling strike teams of the greatest Force-users in the galaxy tbh.

The notion that Vader, who is probably Revan's superior in Telekinesis, can't rip through Ahsoka is pretty silly IMO.

Even in canon we have him telekientically moving ships, lifting AT-STs, and pulverizing massive Lylek with the Force.

yet he couldn't lift Luke as he fell in ESB 😉

You are dismissed.

where did vader say this?

He didn't. IIRC it was said by Dave in an interview.

LMAO.

Dark Woman is regarded as one of "the last greatest warriors of the Jedi" and he fought her on her ground too how is that bad?

Sha Koon fought him a little ways after he got the suit

wooow using Bultar and Tsui as examples is pathetic, he was fighting a bunch of other Jedi while they stood back and watched. Of course they're going to get the better of him when he's, you know, distracted on a bunch of other Jedi around him

Why are Vader's EU feats being brought up when discussing his eventual duel with Ahsoka, tbh?

Funny, the way that line is bent sort of seems like the way you like to bend things to prove point all the while ignoring/being ignorant about the "context" of the fight.

Isn't that was you said was most important?

Your point = moot.

@King Joker: Because besides his duel with Kanan/Ezra and then later Luke, it's all we have to gauge his skill.
