French is the secondary language of the Arab world, just like Spanish is in the US. It's not really surprising that some immigrants are fluent in French.
Oh really? Germany is so desperate, they make these half-measures in accordance with liberal media (in this case, CNN) to counter the claims by whistleblowers. It's too late for them to try that tactic. They failed to censor social media from revealing the rapes and sexual assaults of Muslim immigrants in Cologne. There's tons of video evidence out there already.

German liberals are desperate to uphold their policies, no matter what the reality is. And like you said, tons of videos showcasing acts of violence and harrasment from some migrant groups.
Heck, a few pages ago I posted a video of a German Jew visiting migrant centre. His conclusion: large groups of these people are rampant Anti-Semites.
Even German police officers and ex-police officers during the sexual assault in Cologne admitted that they couldn't do anything against the immigrants. They weren't allowed to take them down physically because the German government wouldn't allow it. These criminals are under the protection of Merkel and her socialist puppets. But of course, you wouldn't know these if you were watching/reading CNN, MSNBC, and even C-SPAN.

This upsetting footage appears to show a group of young migrants attacking two elderly German men who stepped in because they harassed a girl on the subway.
The 'migrants' are seen grabbing the men and shouting abuse at them. One of the German men is grasped by the throat.
The gentleman stood up right away. The asylum seeker then turned, approached the man and grabbed him by the neck. Everyone immediately became involved, with many trying to get in between the pair.
I'm really sorry for the people who need help, but something must happen against the violent and disrespectful people among them. Many Asylum seekers have no respect for women, no respect for men - not even the old - let alone our laws and the police."
So now some muslim migrants are targetting not only women but also old people. Truly terrible.
