Arrow team vs. Agents of SHIELD

Not sure if we're allowed to make matches of pure TV show characters here. If not then I'm fine with this thread being deleted. Anyway...

Team Arrow:

Oliver
Diggle
Roy (no mirakuru)
Thea
Laurel
Sarah

Agents of SHIELD:

Ward
May
Coulson
Sky (no powers)
Bobbi
Mack

Each team is tasked to take out the other team. They have basic intel on each other but nothing too specific. All characters are at their peak skill level and are armed with their standard equipment.

Which team wins?

Do the Shield agents have anything to counter Laurel's canary cry? I want to say that Oliver and May are their respective teams big threats though I think it could go either way.

Nothing really, other than their standard firearms which are quite a bit more destructive than what the Arrow team has.

Oliver can stalemate, if not outright beat Flash in Season 1. I don't see SHIELD agents matching that without Asgardian or Kree artifacts/powers. With standard equipment, I think Arrow team wins.

Oliver only stood a chance aginst Flash because he had quite a bit of prep for it. Just saying...

Ollie stomps.. as we have seen on Arrow or at least I have seen since I watch the show, that bullets do not even touch Oliver,, second the s.h.i.e.l.d. agents have no defense against Ollie's arrows.

Bullet touch Detective Lance plenty though 😐.

Ward and May aside I'm not sure the rest of the agents are significantly beyond the Arrow team except Laurel(w/o Canary Cry).

You don't think Bobbi is a better fighter than some of the Arrow team?

I think Bobbi would be better than the Lance siblings and Diggle.Thea and Roy may edge out a win due to weaponry more likely than not. Also Thea's crash course with Merlin allowed her to momentarily match Oliver though he probably wasn't expecting a fight.

Bobbi did match Ward though, almost beat him actually. Just saying...

I have watched since the pilot episode....

tell me then since you allegedly have smarts how exactly will team s.h.i.e.l.d. shoot team arrow since it is common knowledge to those that watch arrow that bullets do not do a damn thing to them...

also you need to actually have agents of s.h.i.e.l.d. and if you did then you'd know that they do not hit their targets accept after several shots, but alas that won't happen here since they will be dead

Well first off, the agents use body armor, which team Arrow doesn't. AOS also use icers, not exactly bullets. The agents are about as accurate with their guns as team arrow is with their bows... meaning they almost always hit their targets as long as it's fodder and somehow keep missing when it's the big bad villain.

Team arrow use fancier moves in h2h but AOS team usually incapacitate their opponents in fewer moves.

I'm not saying team AOS wins, I just think you're seriously underestimating them.

I'd love to comment on this, because it seems like an interesting match, but I found AoS too mind-blowingly boring to make it through season 1. 😆 I commend everyone who has stuck with this show throughout its run so far.

The first 2/3 of season 1 were horrible. But the last 1/3 which came after CATWS was great. Season 2 was awesome. And as season 3 now comes around I'd rate it higher than any other superhero TV show currently out there.

Give it a chance, you won't regret it.

Daisy with powers would have been more even, the only advantage that shield has is that Ward and May will kill.

And Bobbi. Bobbi and Ward and May all seem like they're in the same caliber. So you have 3 top trained agents.

On the Arrow side only Oliver and Sarah are fully trained.

Oliver is way above their level and Bobbi really never impressed me.
