I recall him having to bring with him a massive team bc Revan was too powerful for him alone.

Rahm Kota ripped a dome-like structure apart from its support structure and nothing else. This dome-like structure is like 2 or 3 stories tall (ignoring its antennas). However, Kota was not in the position to rip the dome-like structure (itself) apart or even capable of doing such a thing.

In contrast, Vaylin's showings are on a whole new level. She destroyed a Skyscraper-like structure in two phases: bottom structure first and power core afterwards.

The power core is absolutely gigantic. It is like 10 stories tall.

Here is a better view of this Skyscraper-like structure:

The bottom structure is bigger then the power core. It is like 15 stories tall.

Vaylin tore the bottom structure apart:

And hurled several huge (multi-storied) chunks like missiles towards another building:

Have a good look at the size of chunks; they are like 5 - 7 stories tall each.

Vaylin then proceeded to destroy the power core afterwards.

In the nutshell, there is no comparison between these showings and your assessment is lame.
