Mjolnir vs. Enchantment

What if the enchantment basically makes the strength of an unworthy wielder effectively 0? The strength of the wielder doesn't matter, because the hammer nixes the source of the strength.

Like, a mutant with infinite strength punching Leech in the face would just feel like anybody else punching Leech in the face.

I'm not saying the hammer/enchantment can't be overpowered by infinite power, but maybe not through strength...?

I already posted a scan saying this.

a scan? You mean you wrote a post right? Otherwise what scan says this?

On the real though this is the perfect scan for this thread...

That doesn't say what I said.

Somewhat

No, not at all.

It just describes the enchantment. The question is: how does the enchantment work?

By judging a potential wielder's worthiness, using a criteria that has never been described in detail.
Can that enchantment be undone magically? IMO, yes.
But, in regards to straight up being lifted? It circumvents pure muscle power; the enchantment doesnt fight it, it takes strength out of the equation altogether.

How does it take strength out of the equation? I already proven a character is still using their superstrength when trying to lift it. The ground has broken completely when the character tried to lift it.

I don't think the enchantment or the hammer would break. Even if it can be lifted with strength alone it would become a useless, infinitely heavy, and un-wieldable object. It would be funny if it cursed whoever lifted it in such a way so that they could never put it down.

Also, I base this idea on absolutely nothing. It's just a thought that hasn't been touched on yet. Or so I think.

Thats a really interesting thought!

👆 just trying to think outside the box. It sort of makes sense as well, in that it wouldn't be a beneficial weapon while wielding it. In fact it would be major hindrance. I'm assuming the exotic powers that come with it would be negated, considering it's not lifted based on worthiness.

How's that for logic?

Pretty damn good IMO.
