Leveled up 10 times yesterday and still no Halloween skin. These loot boxes are the devil.

Sacred, have you played the Halloween brawl yet? Is pretty good.

Haven't been on in nearly a month.

That's about how long I had taken a break from the game as well, but with the Halloween skins like for Zenyatta and such, I'd say now's as good a time as any to get back on.

When you finally get a legendary out of a loot box after leveling up a dozen more times and it's not one of the Halloween skins.

I love this game.

Do me a favor, and dont post in here, cause you are just jumping on the Overwatch train and have zero clue what you are talking about.

If you were expecting that 2-3 month long countdown on the moment in crime website to show a Sombra reveal when it finished, pull that hype back for it's just more bulls#it text. I can never trust Blizzard again after this.

Jeff Kaplan can step on a lego.

The Sombra build up marketing has overstayed its welcome. Fuq these games and just announce her or release her in the PTR already.

There's already a movement being formed to boo Sombra at Blizzcon and it's gaining momentum. Blizzard dun goofed.

Just when I thought loot boxes couldn't troll me harder, I got Roadhog's legendary Halloween skin twice today. TWICE. They only gave me 200 coins each. You'd think for an exclusive event item that costs 3000 to buy, they'd give you more than 200 per stinking duplicate.

So now that this game's been out a few months now, what's the consensus on it? Does it have legs? Do you guys still enjoy it? Is it worth getting at this point?

The random reward system can be a pain but overall, Overwatch is a damn good game.

I've been hooked since it came out. What really gives it legs is I have a group of friends who also plays consistently, so I can't speak for someone who would be solo queuing by themselves.

The loot system is as cancerous as every other "random unlock" system in games these days- essentially designed to strongarm you into paying for loot boxes, without the dirty laundry of calling it "DLC".

But aside from that, I'd say its a great game so long as you embrace the casual aspect of it. The game is designed to be extremely simple to play, and ultimates add a randomness factor that makes it very difficult to carry.

So accept that you'll have around a 50% chance of winning any match completely regardless of your personal skill, and you'll end up having a lot of fun. For $40 bucks you get an acceptable amount of value.
