Not too sure how much protection his chi would really give him.

For all of Bendis's flaws, he got right what happens when he uses an Iron Fist on a street:

Logan is clearly a different story. I'll admit he can take some.

The reason I don't think it would be a majority, is the same reason Spidey takes a majority over Logan: Because he's at least as fast (Faster, in my opinion), but hits a LOT harder.

If Mr. X and his thugs can KO him, the likes of Peter and Danny with their stat advantages certainly can.
