I guess it's a coincidence that he says "Barry Allen?" just as they're passing by him, and he's looking straight in their direction of running.

The lengths this forum will go to discredit anything Superman, holy shit.

The Carvatar is awakening, bending all four elements of Logic, Reason, Canon and Opinion.

The ship is already a distant beam by the time he reacts to it. That is blatant to see in that first panel here:

Notice the celestial bodies in the background? That should give you an idea of the distances between Thor and the ship, before the former got a chance to react.

After that point, all that is required is flight speed in order to catch it up, and it has nothing to do with reaction speed.

Cap could most certainly replicate Thor's feat, in terms of reaction speed. All it takes is a precise teleportation device and superluminal flight speed.

No.
The picture of Skuttlebut some distance away while he's turning to look corresponds to his statement of the aforementioned ship literally just streaking by him. He didn't teleport just so he'd land a great distance from it. That wouldn't make sense. It's pretty clear what happened in that scene.

The fact that he landed near the ship, yet he's so slow that it zoomed away considerable distance before he even had time to react, shows that he's actually fast?

Hello, Bizarro.

😆 and all just to lowball Superman reacting to a time stop or near time stop feat.

The same writer, Simonson had Thor being millions of times amped in speed and yet Gladiator fighting him at equal speed.

Thor should've blitzed Gladiator if Thor was even Spider Man level in speed at that level of speed.

But seriously, even the ultimate Thor fan Rage accepts it.

And yes, if you take his speed feats at face value, Thor would not be able to land a punch on Superman. At least an all out one. In regards to speed that is.

Scans

I actually found Tom Brevoort's answer to the Skuttlebutt incident above.

😂

Bonus:

Wolverine vs Thor

That's also in the comics, btw.

Why would you need scans of something even the average Thor fan is aware of?

Hello, Bizarro.

Lol really?
It was moving SEVERAL times the speed of light. He easily perceived an object moving at such great speeds and he reacted fast enough to immediately be upon it once again. It can't get any clearer.

I can percieve supersonic planes flying, and if I would get Mjolnir I would also catch up to it.

Doesn't mean I have supersonic reaction time or combat speed, though.

The fact that Thor was teleported near the ship, yet was slow enough that the ship was an interplantery distance away before he could begin chasing it, speaks volume of Thor's inexistent speed.

There is no battle in those scans dik rider. Step off and give your ass a break.

🤣

How desperate is that? So he was supposed to take off the instant he teleported or it isn't a feat?

Thor even says he needs to increase his speed hundredfold to take over skuttlebutt.

That's a huge speed increase and if the ship wasn't at a great distance, he wouldn't have to go so much faster.

Right, great point Nevermind the fact that he was able to track and catch something that was moving many times the speed of light. That's why you are the lowball king.
