One CAN argue that the Hulk stood up despite it, and she called it back when she saw him standing, and made it lighter as it reached her hand - but that invites bias (to ensure one's showing, that Hulk can stand despite stellar weight, is true).

That's all it take is to actually look at the panels. While the spear was inside of Hulk pinning him, we see black mass AND the spears are also purple.
Now this is where we have to pay attention to detail. Proxima pulls the spear out. The black Mass is still circling the Hulk and the only parto that are purple is the part that is inside the Hulk. The part that Proxima is holding in her hand has changed back to its original color.

This girl had complete control of this spear. It's not like she received the spear yesterday and started using it.
