It's not which single character wins, but which universe has the most formidable AI. Besides there isn't anything Amazo can't copy, including tech.
If Fury could adapt beyond a being as powerful as 616 Jaspers, "This version of Jaspers. Is too powerful, too dangerous. His counterpart could at least be halted, even if it meant destroying his entire continuum. This one is not so easily containable. And if he cannot be defeated, then the omniverse shall fall into chaos, and a new and hostile god shall play dice with matter." A threat to the entire omniverse adapted for(tanking and evolving beyond every trick Jaspers could think of) and you think Amazo is better?

Like I said, TMazo could send him to the Timepoint with a thought. No way you can teleport out of that.
