I've read the Magik mini series with Archenemy, but he was specifically built to take on magic beings. I'm not sure how I'd rank him against Brainiac 13 or Amazo (who can copy his abilities), or even Hourman 1M. Archenemy is still a powerful player, but there are a few on DC's side who can take him, IMO.

Top 5 Marvel would be (IMO)

Fury (omniversal)
CCU beings (universal)
Future Ultron (???)
Technarchy (planetary+++ , Warlock was a Technarch and they can get a lot stronger)
Phalanx

Yeah, Magus of the Technarch was pretty powerful.

I'll take out Spartan or Computo and place the Imperiex Probes on the list. They were wreaking havoc across the universe.

Not really an AI, right? If we count that, it's easily at the top of the list (Even above Fury), but I don't consider that a true AI.

Forgot a recent one. The Metal from Swamp Thing. Like the Green, Metal is pretty formidable.
